We have developed the Pinnacle Support page to aid in the online support of customer issues.

A support tool available to us gives us the ability to remotely control your PC by means of a small peice of software (less than 500Kb) and the Internet. Simply run the tool and tell your Pinnacle Analyst the details provided.

Various Adobe Job Options are also available to download which we have created to help you produce high quality PDF's and get the best out of Adobe Acrobat and in turn produce great quality prints on your Xerox device.

Training is available whether it's basic printer driver training or advanced Colour Profile training. Please ask your Pinnacle Analyst for pricing information by using the contact details below.
